Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products and services, refunds/returns are not available; if you have an issue with your order please reach out to us at moomeedesigns@gmail.com and we will do our best to make it right!
Turn Around Time

pre made digital designs are available via automatic download as well as the email you used at check out.

custom digital designs can take up to 7 business days.

branding packages can take up to 7 business days.

website builds can take up to 7 business days (or longer, depending on how much information you have ready)

website revamps can take up to 3 business days.

facebook set up and make overs can take up to 2 business days.

OPERATING HOURS ARE MONDAY-FRIDAY 9 AM- 4 PM CST. YOU MAY CONTACT ME OUTSIDE OF THESE HOURS BUT A RESPONSE IS NOT GUARANTEED. ANY WORK DONE ON THE WEEKENDS WILL NEED TO HAVE A WEEKEND PASS! TURN AROUND TIME IS 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS.
HOLIDAYS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN MY BUSINESS HOURS!
